Parent Café: Nurturing Seeds to Grow Strong Families

Parent Cafés are guided group discussions on different topics surrounding parenthood. It is a safe space to be honest about the positives and negatives of parenting, and a good place to build a community and gain support from others. This series of cafés is led by Katie Mannino, Community Alignment Specialist with Connecting NJ.

For this session we will use the metaphor of planting seeds to discuss positive childhood experiences and how parents can nurture their children's development and well-being. What "seeds" (values, habits) are you planting in your family this season?
