*Please note, this program is a series and each class builds on skills learned in previous classes. Please only attend this class if you have attended previous sessions. 

This fun, beginner-friendly program is for young kids who want to try out code for the first time! Students will learn to use Scratch, a kid-friendly, interactive, and immersive coding program. Throughout this course, students will learn about character motion, variables, how to make their own games, animations, and more! This course serves as an introduction to the world of code and the exciting possibilities it possesses. No previous coding experience is necessary.

Best for ages 8-12, but older or younger children are welcome to attend. Registration required. Parents must remain in the building during the program. Please bring a laptop if possible -- we also have laptops available to borrow.
