Join librarian Will for a discussion of the history and science behind the growing and preparation of matcha. Try a sample and share and compare your thoughts and reactions to this tea with the group. Matcha is a type of powdered green tea from Japan that has been growing in popularity throughout the world, famous for its bright green color and umami flavor. Please register.
