The students will build strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting body awareness and self-confidence. The class includes breathwork, yoga poses, music, games, and relaxation and is presented in a fun and engaging way. This class features adaptations like lower lighting, small class size, a visual schedule, and fidget toys/tools and is accessible for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and special needs.
