There are always special activities set up around the library for kids and tweens. Though they are posted as an event on the first of the month, these activities will be available all month long (while supplies last), and require no registration.

Arts and Crafts for Adults with Disabilities

Join us for a fun arts & crafts class designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We may be using materials such as clay and paint that can get messy, so please wear appropriate clothing! 

Ages 18+ only. Please note that the library does not provide respite care; caregivers are required to stay with adults who need them. Adults who do not require a caregiver are also welcome to attend. 

Registration required (please register participants only; no need to register caregivers).

Toddler Storytime

Join us for stories, songs, fingerplays, and more as we explore a new theme every week! 

This storytime helps toddlers build early literacy skills and a love of reading. 

Designed for ages 18 months - 3 years. No registration required. Storytime is from 10:30-11. Join us from 11-11:30 for playtime, a craft, and gardening (weather-dependent)!

Mah Jong

Mahjong is a fun and popular tile-based game of strategy, skill, and lots of luck. Some experience recommended. Bring your National Mahjong League 2025 card and a mahjong set (if you have one). No registration required.
