Throughout the sessions, I will provide guidance on proper lifting techniques and offer warnings to help you exercise safely. It is important to note that while I will offer guidance on form and technique, ultimately, the responsibility for using equipment safely rests with each participant. Please ensure that you select appropriate weights, maintain proper form, and pay attention to your body's signals during the exercises. 


I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the virtual weightlifting class, conducted by Harman Ransi via Zoom. I understand that participation in any physical activity carries with it certain inherent risks and that I am solely responsible for my own safety during the course of this class. I acknowledge the following: 


1. I am aware that the virtual weightlifting class may involve physical exertion and movements that could result in injury if not performed correctly. 
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the area in which I am participating is free from hazards that could contribute to injury. 
3. I agree to listen carefully to all instructions provided by the instructor and to ask for clarification if I do not understand any aspect of the exercises or movements. 
4. I understand that I should only perform exercises and lift weights that are appropriate for my current level of fitness and physical condition. 
5. I acknowledge that the instructor cannot see my physical environment and therefore cannot provide direct supervision or correction of my form or technique. 
6. I agree to stop any exercise or activity immediately if I feel any pain, discomfort, or dizziness, and to seek medical attention if necessary. 
7. I understand that the instructor is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis. 
8. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the instructor, or any other participants in the virtual weightlifting class for any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the instructor or otherwise. 
9. By participating in the virtual weightlifting class, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. 10. I agree not to hold Harman Ransi, the instructor, or any participants liable for any injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the virtual weightlifting class.

Are you looking for a cozy spot to read in companionable silence? Maybe a place to gather with other book lovers and find out what they're reading? Guess what we have just the place, Mount Laurel Library is starting our own chapter of The Silent Book Club this summer. Every other Monday evening we will gather for 1.5 hours, the first half hour will be set aside to share what you're reading or generally socialize, and the next hour will be for quiet reading.

We will provide a comfortable seating area and refreshments, just bring your own book or choose one from our collection, and join in.
