Monica’s yoga is focused on restorative principles, with an emphasis on relieving stress and muscular tension, and maximizing range of movement. This is a very meditative style of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one – a small number will be available to borrow. Registration required. Students will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability before the class starts.
