Event Details

Certified instructor Bob Stanton teaches tai chi, a gentle exercise that can improve muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. It can be done seated or standing. Registration required. You will receive a Zoom link the day before the event.

By joining this program, you agree to the following requirements in addition to our Code of Conduct:

  • Camera Requirement: Your camera must be turned on during the start of the program to verify attendance.
  • Entry Policy: For security and to prevent disruption, the "waiting room" will be closed 15 minutes after the start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
  • Screen Name: Your Zoom display name must exactly match the name used during registration. If your name does not match, you will not be admitted to the session.
