Event Details
This 45 minute yoga class is designed for kids ages 6-8. The students will build strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting body awareness and self-confidence. The class includes breathwork, yoga poses, music, games, and relaxation and is presented in a fun and engaging way.
Please register. Please bring a mat or towel if possible (we also have some available to borrow).
