Join Harman Ransi in his beginner-friendly resistance training course. The class will teach fundamental stretches and weighted exercises to build flexibility and muscle. Registration required. You will receive a Zoom link before.

6. I agree to stop any exercise or activity immediately if I feel any pain, discomfort, or dizziness, and to seek medical attention if necessary. 
7. I understand that the instructor is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis. 
8. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the instructor, or any other participants in the virtual weightlifting class for any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the instructor or otherwise.
